My Beading Diary - First Request

I am really pleased as my Mum has asked me to make a pair of earrings 

for one of her friends, as a birthday prezzie.

  

The brief is: feminine and pink. 

Heart shapes always strike me as feminine and the glass ones above

are in reality a lot more pink than they appear in this picture! 

Drizzled with gold flecks they catch the light nicely. 

So here is my first creation destined for somebody other than immediate friends and family... 

Eeek... I hope they like them!
